Course Overview:
Department of Agricultural Biology offers this compulsory course for students following BSc Agriculture Resource Management and Technology and BSc Agri-Business Management.
Course Objectives:
To provide students with a basic understanding of
■ principles and methods in plant taxonomy
■ botany of tropical crops
■ developmental morphology of agricultural plants
■ common weeds identification and their control methods
To familiar the students with the common laboratory techniques related to Crop Botany and Weed Science.
