SS31203 - Land-use Planning

Agriculture, being one of the biggest land users, land-use management is one of the key areas in maintaining sustainability in a resource-limiting environment. SDGs 12 and 15 directly address land use management while most of the other SDGs address it at varying levels. Therefore, this course was designed to give the students the basics of land use planning. Although this course focuses more on agriculture-based land uses, the students will be capable of understanding spatial planning which covers a wider scope.
