Industrial revolution, population outburst induced global economic trends have accelerated the use of natural resources while creating number of conflicts in the livelihood of the planet. Under the present trend of economic development, global extraction and consumption of natural resources is predicted to be continued dramatically and exponentially. There, graduates of BSc Agriculture are expected to be with a clear vision and wisdom on resource optimization in agricultural production and processing systems. As such, this course will provide the students with essential knowledge on green technology, sustainability as well as several engineering aspects to reach living targets environmentally benign manner. Natural resource management, renewable energy generation, nondestructive detection, waste managements are the key thematic areas included.
